At iTeaworld, we want you to be completely satisfied with your tea experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 15-day return window for unopened and original-condition tea products.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team at support@iteaworld.com within 15 days of delivery, providing your order number and the reason for the return.

• 2.
  Await Authorization

  Our team will review your request and, if eligible, send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.

• 3.
  Pack with Care

  Securely pack the unopened tea items in their original packaging, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
